valentines' day special

I gave myself to him,
And took himself for pay.
The solemn contract of a life
Was ratified this way.


The wealth might disappoint,
Myself a poorer prove

The daily own of Love


Depreciate the vision;

this was the poem i picked for poetry tea today ^^ however, i did not realise how good it was until i was told to read it in front of the class-.- and it was only before i began to read that the teacher commented that it was a good poem. phew. but anyway, how bad can emily dickinson be? not like my lit teacher can say she's not good :P butbutbut the point is that the poem is so nice!

note: i thought she got married at 22, which was why the poem was given such an abstract title, until i realised that her poems are just like shakespeare's sonnets-.- all numbered. like OOPS >.<

we have helpless lee and hopeless lee who can be sisters.

sexual lee and sexy lee who are sisters.

grace foo lee who is the special one with a chinese name.

interesting lee, random lee and modest lee are nice names.

responsy billy tee has a cute middle name.
